For creators, artists, and regular users trying to support the platform or access Premium features, this is becoming really frustrating. There’s no proper explanation, no retry system, and no official acknowledgment visible yet. Please investigate this issue on priority for X Lite users: • Payment state/API failing • Premium checkout not loading • Subscription process breaking instantly A lot of people genuinely want to subscribe, but currently can’t because of this bug. I am facing this problem since May 15, I had raised this issue in the support but they don't know how to fix this. I had clearly paid and update my billing page but this issue is not clear till now. @premium went to this chat for getting cleareance of this issue persisting but redirected to me a page where only account activity issues can be raised but not this problem. Is this a new glitch or bug I found in the web. I had every possible steps to remove this glitch but not resolved yet. I am facing this problem since May 15, I had raised this issue in the support but they don't know how to fix this. I had clearly paid and update my billing page but this issue is not clear till now. @premium went to this chat for getting cleareance of this issue persisting but redirected to me a page where only account activity issues can be raised but not this problem. Is this a new glitch or bug I found in the web. I had every possible steps to remove this glitch but not resolved yet. In the subscription page the things are all sorted showing your premium is active till June but what do now. Anyone can help? @nikitabier @X @Support @premium

@RealUncleKay @xsupport @elonmusk @nikitabier That's what happened, I canceled the premium in other to get plus via web but network didn't allow me. I went back to Google play and resubscribe to normal premium,it went successfully but checkmark haven't arrived 😐

System failure persists. @XHelp claimed a manual quota reset, but SuperGrok video generation is STILL LOCKED. I am still encountering "Colossus resource allocation errors" and "480p fallback blocks" followed by immediate app crashes. As a high-tier Premium+ subscriber and professional PD, this downtime is unacceptable. Your "VIP support" promised a fix—deliver it NOW. This is a breach of service. @nikitabier the x premium payment plan on the ad says ₹235/month for first 2 months. But while setting up recurring payments, it says ₹470/month from first month onwards. Am I missing something?

Hello @premium @nikitabier Why do you state premium members can post up to 25,000 characters, but increasingly limit posts? I have been restricted to less than 1000 characters. Just tried to set up my morning feature, and was told I'm over 2,891 characters.
