I really need this conversations, is it possible that this can be fixed ? And that I can load full conversation, I have very important data in that conversation. I tried different phone device and again same. ( it is around 350-60 messages text in full ) But again, I cannot believe I cannot access it.

I tried 20 times I cannot open my own chat, cannot load from history, whatever I try. Really frustrating, please help about this, if you can fix. Maybe other people have same problems also.
