I am writing to you regarding an issue with my X Premium subscription on my account
Currently, my account shows that I have an active Premium subscription, but there is no "Cancel" button. The app states: "To cancel your complimentary subscription to Premium, contact support."
Previously, your team told me that you couldn't cancel it because the billing was handled by Apple. However, I have just contacted Apple Support, and they thoroughly checked my Apple IDs.
Apple Support officially confirmed that there are NO active X subscriptions on their end. The subscription is already marked as expired in Apple's system. They stated that since the subscription is stuck as active inside the X app without being linked to an active Apple billing cycle, this is an internal technical issue on X's platform, and I need to contact you to remove it.
My Request:
I want to take advantage of the current 40% discount offer, but I cannot do so while this "ghost/complimentary" subscription is stuck on my profile.
Please manually intervene and cancel/remove this active Premium status from my account immediately so I can subscribe normally.
I have attached screenshots of my conversation with Apple Support confirming that the issue is not from their side.
