I am a paying X Premium subscriber with the account @vutopia7. I post here as I cannot DM you.
So... In the last 3 days, my account was suspended due to alleged "Authenticity" violations. I submitted an appeal, and X Support replied with the following message:
“...Our support team determined that there was no violation and has restored full functionality to your account.”
Despite this, today my account was suspended again, even though I had not made any new posts since first suspension. When I checked my account, it said after “careful review” that I had violated the X Rules. I have never received any explanation about which specific rule I violated or which exact post/reply/action caused it.
Few days before I was bombarded by captcha, mobile requirements etc etc plus QR codes to scan in my mobile to prove I am human (very aggressive tactics for paying customers, not when you have all my info) After I successfully completed all those my account suspended next day...
So my account has been restored again today with the same no-violation email... another false positive in 3 days?
Additionally, during suspension, X specifically instructed me to manually cancel my Premium subscription because it could not be cancelled automatically. I followed your instructions and cancelled it manually. I had a special offer (started at €2.50 and then €5 per month) with an active premium subscription already paid until July 5, 2026.
Now that my account has been restored ...again, when I try to re-subscribe, it offers me a higher price(!!!) How fair is that?
This situation is completely unacceptable. I have been a clean-record user for many years and you have all my verified details (phone, email, etc.). Being treated this way repeatedly, with false suspensions and loss of account and my subscription, is unfair and frustrating.
I kindly but firmly request:
Immediate restoration of my Premium subscription for the remaining period, that is until July 5, 2026 and restore my original monthly rate.
A detailed explanation of what exactly I allegedly did wrong and which specific content violated the rules.
A permanent solution so that these repeated false suspensions stop happening.
