Now, they have completely wiped my active email and phone number from the profile. When I try to reset my password, the recovery screen is completely blank with no option for an email or message. The app UI is totally deadlocked and I am receiving no automated ticket emails. Please have a human security engineer manually review my billing records/historical data logs to halt this exploit and restore my access! Until today there isn’t one person that able to answer or giving me any solutions just yet.
