I hope someone from the team can please look into my case.
It’s now been 10 days since my account was suspended. My account received a temporary label and was suspended shortly after I clicked “Review Update.” I have submitted multiple appeals, including waiting 48 hours between appeals, but every single response has been the exact same email telling me to complete on-screen instructions.
The problem is that there are no instructions on my account. I have checked multiple times on different devices and browsers and still cannot find anything to complete. I also cannot reply to the email, which appears to be a no-reply address, so I have no way to explain my situation directly.
I understand X’s rules and take them seriously. I’m an X Premium subscriber and I was simply posting to support a project I was working on and engaging with its community. I was not involved in illegal activity, malicious behavior, or intentionally violating the platform’s policies. In fact, before the suspension, I even publicly stated that I needed to slow down my posting activity because I knew excessive posting in a short period could trigger restrictions.
I have been patiently waiting for 10 days, submitting appeals in good faith, and receiving the same automated response over and over again. This has been extremely frustrating because I care deeply about my account and have no way to move forward.
I am respectfully asking for a manual review from a member of the Trust & Safety or Engineering team. I simply want the opportunity to understand what happened and, if possible, regain access to my account.
